The 2015 British Cycling Women’s Road Series reaches its final round of seven with the Ryedale Women’s Grand Prix on Sunday.
Nicola Juniper was confirmed as overall champion with a fine win at the Stafford Grand Prix and the Team Giordana-Triton rider can savour back-to-back titles in the striking surroundings of Ampleforth Abbey in Yorkshire.
The race also incorporates the British Cycling Junior Women’s Road Championships with a total of 77 riders set to start.

The title may have been secured but successive victories for Juniper is more than a possibility after a powerful individual display at the Staffordshire Festival of Cycling.
Team WNT’s Charline Joiner has pushed Juniper close throughout the series and was second in Stafford, the two duelling after leaving the rest of the field behind.
IKON-Mazda’s Laura Massey won the sprint at the Curlew Cup while Juniper’s teammate Annasley Park triumphed in the Otley Grand Prix after breaking away with Dame Sarah Storey.

Wiggle Honda are represented by Anna Christian - joint-fifth place overall with Louise Mahe - and Amy Roberts while another of Juniper’s colleagues, Abby-Mae Parkinson, sits in seventh overall.
Parkinson will also be a strong contender for the British junior women’s road title, awarded to the first junior in the field to cross the line. British Cycling National Trophy Cyclo-cross Series winner Amira Mellor is a threat in the field.
The course
Riders will complete 63 kilometres, starting at Ampleforth Abbey and incorporating two laps of a longer circuit followed by one lap of a shorter circuit.
