Jake Martin took his fifth consecutive win in round seven the Imperial Winter Series at Hillingdon on Saturday.
Martin missed the first race of the series but has won every event since, apart from round six which had to be abandoned due to an accident.
The 21-year-old Pedal Heaven Colbornes RT rider finished ahead of Catford CC’s Lawrence Carpenter and Martin’s main rival, Vince Halpern (Handsling Racing) finished in third.
In the third category race, it was Neil Heffernan (Inverse) who took first place. Will Greig and Russell Short, both of London Dynamo, finished second and third respectively.
Daniel Marett was first home in the fourth category contest, leading from James Leech (London Dynamo) and Chris Jubb (Pearson’s). Sasha Quarrington (Zappi’s Ladies Team) won the women only go-race.
