Gerard Miley (St Ives CC) rode to his first ever win in the Victoria Road Race, which was staged over a 60-mile course around Ugley, Essex.
In the 35th annual road race, held by Victoria/Ciclos Uno CC, 37-year-old Miley from Adreth was a worthy winner.
Coming home in second place was Chris Herring from Bristol, and snatching third place was 42-year-old Matt Cowan.
