Chalking up his second win in as many races, former junior age-group track champion Alex Minting (Neon-Velo.com) completed a quick road double with victory in Eagle RC’s 50-mile event based on Ugley.

The 18-year-old, who won Bedfordshire Road CC’s Great Barford event last weekend, came home ahead of veteran Ralph Mullan (Shaftesbury CC) and David Bamford (East London Velo) to take the honours in the latest round of the Eastern Road Race League.
