Jack Noy (Cycleworks) took his first ever win when he was the fastest in a 26-rider bunch sprint in the fourth category Surrey League race at Dunsfold Park.
Noy, 22, from Guildford, has made the switch from mountain biking this year and covered the 30-mile circuit race in one hour 15 minutes.
The former downhill mountain biker recorded three top 20 placings in the British Downhill Series in 2009.
In his first year of road racing Noy has already had three top ten results at the Eelmore Circuit and will now move up to be a third category rider.
Steve Moulder, 45 and from Dorking, took second place and Martin Edmonds (Brighton Mitre) came home in third.
