Tom Franklin of Hargroves Cycles raced to first place in the second of the Lee Valley Summer Series for youth riders.
Franklin led from David Barnes (Condor Cycles) in the under 16 category at the event in Redbridge. Lucy Harper of Welwyn Wheelers was the first girl.
In the under 14 race, it was Jack Plumley of Welwyn Wheelers who ran out winner with Rachel Jary (VC Londres) the quickest girl.
Mollie Gage, again of Welwyn Wheelers, was first of the girls in the under 12 section, with Ben Tulett of Hargroves Cycles top overall.
Chelmer CC’s Aaron Freeman was victorious in the under 10s with Lee Valley’s own Maya Tarlton top of the girls.
Finally, Thomas Davies recorded another win for Welwyn Wheelers as Rheya Joseph of Lee Valley YCC was quickest girl.
