Event Overview

These races are additional events to the popular Miche West Thames Tuesday night series held at Hillingdon Cycle Circuit. 
Entries are open to all however those riders that are West Thames league members will benefit from discounts on their entry fees.
Over the 3 weekend events the organising team aim to provide races for all adult categories. 
BC ranking points will be awarded in the events as per the 2024 current technical regulations. 
Entries on the day will be subject to spaces left to meet the risk assessment max number.

About the Event

Info for Riders

Entry fees will be for members as follows, 
Pre entry online £15, Non Members £20, on the day will be £25 for all. So, we would encourage riders to pre-enter to guarantee their place. 
Prizes will be dependant on the number of entries. 
Prizes will be awarded as soon as possible after the finish of the event, once the results have been confirmed by race officials. The top 3 are asked to attend the podium presentation at the HQ building where sign on is located. 
It is crucial that riders pin their number on as directed at sign on as photo finish will be being used. 
Riders do not need an annual racing licence to compete, however if you do not have a 2024 British Cycling licence then an additional charge will be asked for to cover the on the day licence fee. 
Primes may be announced on the day. 
In all races lapped riders will be asked to pull out when the 3 laps to go board is shown to the main race. This is to ensure rider safety in a bunch sprint. If you are dropped and not lapped then you will can continue but race officials may finish you a lap early if you are likely to be caught in the sprint finish.
