The coolest MTB Marathon is back for it's 4th year. Come and join us at Pippingford Park in East Sussex

After 3 massive years Vittoria have stepped back from being the headline sponsor and will instead focus on supporting you with the best tyre advise in the business. XTERRA, another massive player in the off road sports world have stepped up to help us keep the ball rolling!

 

There are some small updates to the course but don't worry, all of your favorite bits are still included. We have been able to make it a little shorter, with a smidge less climbing but still have the fun stuff - the changes have meant that we can now offer a 90km option!

 

2024 will build on the success of previous years by keeping the events over both days fast and furious. If you're planning to join us on Saturday 6th July for the XTERRA EMTB CHALLENGE you'll be rewarded by an amazing course that we challenge you to complete up to 4 times giving a total distance of 60km, the single battery rule makes the event a true 'BATTLE OF THE BATTERY'. The XTERRA MTB MARATHON on Sunday has something for every analogue mtb rider to get stuck in to, just select between 1 and 6 laps and enjoy the ride

The course used for the both the EMTB CHALLENGE and the MTB MARATHON will be laid out as a figure of 8 that will pass through the arena area twice per lap, and features a purpose built bridge in the centre of the race village that riders will thunder over while others will be zooming under. This will be great fun for riders and supporters alike as well as offering more access to technical support.

 

On either side of the bridge will be a mixture of thrilling singletrack, woodland trails, heathland crossings, gravel tracks and stunning meadow paths. All totalling up to be a grin inducing 15km lap!

XTERRA EMTB CHALLENGE: complete the registration, charge your batteries and join the powered maddness

XTERRA MTB MARATHON, all you need to do is choose whether you want to race for 1, 2, 4 or 6 laps, get your name down, do some training and enjoy your race

Turn the grin factor of the 6 lap up another level and enter PAIRS race: If you fancy a bit of fast fun you can team up with a partner and enter the 6 Lap Pairs category. It's a great way to enjoy the course, soak up some atmosphere, have some banter with other Pairs and get some rest in as you alternate laps with your buddy!  

The course will be open throughout Saturday morning and later afternoon for practise on, exact times to be confirmed

 

Why not make a weekend of it chat to the guys in the trade area, eat good food and chill out with friends - Camping is available from Friday night until early on Monday morning (3 nights), and can be booked when registering
