Cyclo Cross Coaching Session for riders aged 8 -18

 

 Coaching starts at 1000 and finishes at 1200

The aim of the session is to introduce a coaching opportunity for South West riders who would like to develop their Cyclo Cross riding. 

The session will have a race focus but and aimed at developing cyclo cross specific skills

Sessions will include mount dismount, carrying the bike, off camber sections, group riding scenarios and technical sections.

The session is intended as a step up from regular club Go Ride sessions and are not suitable for brand new riders.

Our Coaches are British Cycling qualified, DBS checked and hold First Aid certificates. 

Online pre entry only

All riders are welcome. It is not necessary to be a member of a registered club.

Thanks for registering for the Cyclo Cross coaching session, please bring a suitable bike and helmet, food and drink  to the session

Aswell as some warm clothing for use during the session and a change of clothing for afterwards - it's likely to be wet/ muddy.
