Our popular Club Clusters are back!

Coached training at The Carlisle Cycle Circuit, Harraby. Youth session from 18.00 to 19.20 and Adult session from 19.30 to 21.00 on our 1km floodlit Closed Circuit.

Sessions have a race focus but will also be of interest to those seeking to improve fitness and general cycling skills. 

Sessions will include a group riding skills, endurance blocks, general bike handling skills and race practice and are aimed at regular cyclists. Prior race experience is not essential but if you are new to riding in a closed circuit or inexperienced in group riding please get in touch with us before booking.

The Youth sessions are intended as a step up from regular club Go Ride sessions and are not suitable for brand new riders.

Our Coaches are British Cycling qualified, DBS checked and hold First Aid certificates. 

Online pre entry is preferred but on the night entries will be accepted if there is space.

All riders are welcome. It is not necessary to be a member of a CCA affiliated club.

About the Event

Info for Riders

Youth Session from 18.00 to 19.20 for those who will be Youth A,B, or C in 2024. (Birth Years 2008-2013 inclusive) Youth Ds with race experience or a strong interest in racing  will be considered if recommended by a Club Coach. 

Adult session runs from 19.30 to 21.00. 

Youth A, Junior or Women riders may attend either or both sessions.

If you are new to our sessions please get in touch on carlislecyclingassoc@yahoo.com if you are unsure which sessions are right for you.

Helmets must be worn at all times and please dress appropriately for the weather. We will ride in most weather conditions except ice and snow.

Please do not attend if you know or suspect you have Covid 19 or any other infectious illness. Please continue to practice good hygiene and respect the personal space of others.

Our Code of Conduct and consent forms will be distributed by email to those who prebook and available on the night in paper form.
