The experienced BC West Thames team are running two additional end of season events

The Molly Spencer GP a women's event which is a memorial race to remember Molly Spencer a stalwart of the West Thames league for many years who sadly passed away this year and who assisted with the signing on at the cct for 25 years,  and the Hillingdon GP for men.

Both races will have a guaranteed prize list of a minimum of £1000, with a first prize in both of £300 and prizes down to 10th place. In addition there will be a number of primes in both events, which will be announced on the day. Making these the most lucrative races of the season at the cct and a good turn out is anticipated,

The organisers are the experienced BC West Thames team, the Team behind the popular Tuesday night Miche Series.

Racing takes place at the Hillingdon circuit, off Springfield Road, Hayes and the races are open to Elite 1/2/3 category riders with both races lasting 90 mins.

Entry is open to all riders of E/1/2/3 category however those that have supported the BC West Thames Tuesday series and are league members will benefit from a reduced entry fee.

Signing on commences at 12.45  for the women riders and will close 10 mins before the race starts
Mens signing on open at 1.30 and close at 2.30 p.m.

Entry on the day will also be available subject to space. But we do advise pre entry which closes 6 days before the event.

Photo finish will be used to confirm finishing positions and a prize presentation will take place straight after the race,riders finishing in the top three must present themselves to the finish hut for the podium presentation.

There is car parking and changing at the HQ with secure lockers available and refreshments will be available.

The event HQ is the Hillingdon cycle circuit

There will be £100o worth of prizes for both events with a £300 first and prizes down to 10th .In addition there will be some extra money for primes which will be announced on the day

Car Parking is available behind the HQ on the grass and also on the service road leading up the HQ-Please do not park in the gym car park.

Refreshments will be available

Secure lockers are located in the HQ- there are toilet facilities in the HQ but no showers- these are available at the gym

There will be a podium for the top three and all prizes will be presented on the day shortly after the event -Anyone missing the prize presentation will forfeit there prize
