2022's RAF Road Champions will be selected on the the Wymondham Circuit, Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire. 

As this event is authorised by the Directorate of RAF Sport (DRS), all riders are to ensure they are members of the RAF Cycling Association before signing up to compete. Click HERE to join.

British Cycling race licences are required. Day licences are available to purchase on the day approx. £10 per person.

Riders should enter the appropriate events in line with the following guidance:

• Men's Championship Race - Overall Champion and Novice Winner (First Cat 4/non-categorised finisher) crowned within same race.
• Women's Championship Race - Overall Champion.

This race is for SERVING members of the RAF Cycling Association only. Competitors will need to supply a Service Number with their application which will be verified before application is accepted.

Info for Riders

The race will take place on the Wymondham Circuit in a anti-clockwise direction.The course can be viewed on Strava here.

Sewstern Village Hall (NG33 5RQ) will play host as the event HQ with a 2.1 mile neutralised zone to the circuit.

The Women's Championship will begin at 1000, taking in 3 laps of the circuit (approx. 28.5 miles).

The Men's Championship will begin at 1215, taking in 5 laps of the circuit (approx. 47.5 miles).
