About the Event

Info for Riders

After the successful 2019 series racing has again been kindly allowed to use RNAS Merryfield in 2022.

The site is actively used for military aviation, therefore to ensure we are invited back please fully read the Administration Order and the following instructions:

***EVERYONE is to use the portaloos only. This is a condition for continued use of the site. Anyone not complying will be asked to leave the site immediately and banned from future events***

Online entry in advance only. This is so that photo ID (British Cycling Licence will suffice) can easily be checked against the start sheet at the entrance gate.
No access to the site will be allowed before 0830.
Registration will open from 0900-1000.
All riders must attend the pre race brief at the start/finish line 1000 immediately prior to the races commencing.
Only ride on the race circuit (the perimeter road around the runways) in the direction indicated by the marshals or warm up on turbo/rollers in the car parking area.
The Air Traffic Control Tower area is strictly out of bounds.
Ride/drive courteously through the village of Ilton. Complaints from local residents will prevent us using the site.
