Full Gas Cycling returns to the Velodrome at Lee Valley VeloPark for the seventh Winter Track League series from 5th October 2021. Please note that we will now be offering on the line entry too.
Racing will take place on Tuesday nights (7pm – 10pm). women will be able to ride in the A, B and C groups, which are now mixed. Sprinters League will now run once a month on a Tuesday where we will drop one of the endurance groups from that evening to accommodate the Sprinters League.
SUPER POINTS The endurance groups will now have three races on these nights, 40 c, 50 b, 60 a, lap scratch races, with double points for the top 10 finishers, an elimination race as per normal and then a 60 c, 80 b, 80 a lap points races. The points scoring will stay the same, 5, 3, 2, 1 and 10 points for a lap gain, however, we will adopt the omnium rules, EVERY POINT GAINED IN THESE POINTS RACES GO TOWARDS YOUR OVERALL TRACK LEAGUE POINTS TOTAL. You must finish the race for your points to count and individual or small groups of riders losing laps will NOT have points deducted from their league totals.

About the Event
Info for Riders
For all league events, a fully completed Indoor Track Accreditation (for Newport, Glasgow, Derby, Manchester or Lee Valley) is required and this should be listed on your racing licence. A full race licence is required, and will be checked at rider sign-on desk.
Previous track racing experience is required, or a minimum of 10 hours of relevant race training or SQTs needs to be completed prior to entering races.
These are COMPETITIVE events ridden at speed.
Entries will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. To avoid duplication please check your dashboard calendar before you submit and pay for an entry. There will be no refunds or transfer of entries between events.
Riders may not submit an entry for a different group if their own is full.
