As  a reintroduction to racing the region will be running 2 trial closed circuit races on the 14th and 28th November.

The idea of these events is to enable those that wish to start to finding their racing legs, if they are successful and supported it is hoped more events for more categories will follow.

As we have to limit the amount of riders and also need to limit the amount of officials required all racing will take place on the top circuit, so be prepared for some hard, fast and exhausting efforts.

Preference will be given to Eastern riders, especially those that prmote races, followed by juniors from eastern clubs, if needs be we will fill the races with riders from South East and Central, we are not encouraging riders to travel vast distances to ride this race.

THERE WILL BE NO ENTRY ON THE DAY

IF YOU ARE ENTERED BUT SHOW SIGNS OF COVID OR SHOULD BE ISOLATING PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THE VENUE.

Please come to the race prepared to ride, there will be no access to the buildings for toilets, changing or refreshment.

Bring your own food and drink there will be none available on site.

13.10 Registration closes

13.15 3rds and 4th race starts

13.45 race ends and riders depart the venue

14.00 Ladies Handicap race open for registration

14.25 Registration closes

14.30 Ladies race starts

15.00 Race ends and riders depart the venue

15.15 E/1/2 registration opens

15.40 Registration closes

15.45 E/1/2 race starts

16.15  race finishes and riders depart venue

To comply with social distancing and numbers of people hanging around please do not turn up early for your registration and please bear in mind once registration is closed it is closed so don't be late.

A full rider briefing document will be sent prior to the event please read it, failure to comply could mean we might lose racing in the future.
