PRE-ENTRY ONLY - NO ENTRY ON THE DAY.
SES Racing will be hosting a one-off, open event at Herne Hill Velodrome on Saturday 5th September, replacing the summer sprinters league which was cancelled this year. All riders who had previously entered the opening league event in March will automatically be entered for September 5th.
Spectators are welcome at Herne Hill, and all social distancing guidelines must be adhered to. We would encourage you to come to this event socially, if you're comfortable doing so.
The programme will include 200m TT qualifying, plus match sprints and 'special' events TBC. All rides will be rolling start from the fence.
Depending on the number of entries received, the programme will include A, B & C sprints, plus a separate women's competition.
Previous track racing (sprint) experience is required.
These are COMPETITIVE events ridden at speed and are not suitable for novices.
Entries will be accepted on a first come, first served basis, and these will close on Thursday September 3rd.
Final piece of house-keeping; please bring safety pins for your numbers as we will not be issuing these on the day. Numbers will be thoroughly sanitised for your collection prior to going on the track for warming up, and must be returned to the collection point provided.

About the Event
Info for Riders
Silver or Gold British Cycling Membership is required and riders must have a FULL RACING LICENCE, valid for the current year. We do not accept Provisional or Day Licences.
Sign-on will be open from 4.30pm and will CLOSE at 5:45pm.
Racing starts at 6:15pm and finishes at 9pm, with a rider briefing taking place in the track centre at 6.00pm.
Spectators are welcome - the bar will be open!
