Event Overview
Monday 27th May - 10am Llanbadarn Village, Aberystwyth
Riders will start in pairs with each winner progressing to the next round, with a repechage events for the first round losers.
The climb, pronounced 'Kevn Llan', meaning 'Back of the Church' is a 200 metre monster, with a gradient of 25% and by far the steepest climb in the locality. Riders will start at the junction with Primrose Hill at the bottom, and ride to the finish line just prior to the entrance to Aberystwyth Science Park at the top.
The event will be limited to only 32 riders.

This event is run as a dual hillclimb elimintaor, sponsored by Edco-Wheels.
The format is knockout, with the first round winners going through to the Cup competition, and the losers going into the Plate competition. The Plate winner will receive a product prize from EDCO.
We have a max entry of 32 riders.
The event HQ is at the finish line at the top of the hill, with sign-on at the EDCO registration gazeebo.
Parking is available near the finish line at Cambrian Tyres, Unit 8, Aberystwyth Science Park, Cefn llan, Aberystwyth. SY23 3AH.
