Event Overview
SES Racing is once again organising the Summer Sprinters’ League at the legendary venue of Herne Hill Velodrome. The league will include 6 rounds (weather permitting) on the following dates;
27th April
25th May
29th June
27th July
24th August
28th September
The programme will be focused on Match Sprinting, with all riders completing a flying 200m TT for qualification.
Entries are limited to 26 male riders (for A, B & C sprint) and up to 8 female riders to allow us to run a separate, women only sprint competition. Each round will include an extra event such as 1 lap Time Trial, longest lap, Keirin, Team Sprint or Handicap.
Previous track racing experience is required, or a minimum of 10 hours of relevant race training or SQTs completed prior to entering races.
These are COMPETITIVE events ridden at speed.
Entries will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. To avoid duplication please check your dashboard calendar before you submit and pay for an entry.
Advance entries can be purchased via the British Cycling website. These will close on the Thursday night before each round. Entry on the day will be available if there are still spaces.

Info for Riders
Silver or Gold British Cycling Membership is required and riders must have a FULL RACING LICENCE, valid for the current year. We do not accept Provisional or Day Licences.
Sign-on will be open from 4.30pm and will CLOSE at 5:30pm.
Racing starts at 6:15pm and finishes at 9pm, with a rider briefing taking place in the track centre at 6.00pm.
Spectators are welcome - the bar will be open!
