Mini Downhill

This will be run as a timed downhill.  

FULL FACE helmets are mandatory - you will not be allowed to compete without one - these need to be sourced before event (talk to others in your club, etc.)"

Gloves are also mandatory, other body armour is highly recommended (knee pads, elbow pads, back protector, etc.)

Info for Riders

What riders need to bring

• A Mountain bike which needs to be in full safe working order;

• Bikes must have at least 20” wheels;

• A full face helmet;

• Full finger gloves;

• Appropriate clothing for the weather and for racing; arm and leg cover are compulsory and body armour is strongly recommended.

Approximate timings on the day

08.30 – Sign on opens. Course open for foot inspection only

09.30 – Course open for practice

11.30 – Course closed

13.00 – First Race Runs begin*

14.00 – Second Runs begin*

15.00 – Race runs complete*

15.30 – Prize giving*
