About the Event

Info for Riders

This event is for riders who are currently part of, the West and East Midlands Track Clusters. The event will be a series of races in the format of a Track Omnium.

Although competitive, this event will be a "no pressure" environment for riders to experience track racing and have coaching assistance at the same time.

The session will be run by coaches and Go-Ride club volunteers who have given up their time to help deliver this session - it’s all about learning and the process of moving forward for the riders.

This session should be seen as an introduction to racing on the track and hire bikes can be used.

We will run Intermediate and Advanced Groups based on rider entries and if entries exceed maximum, priority will be given to riders who the Cluster Coaches believe are looking to start racing in track events (Icebreaker/Track League/Regional Omniums/etc)
