Event Overview
This is the first of a number of Central Region Track Cluster Sessions at LVVP.
The sessions are open to youth riders (M & F) who hold a Central Licence or are members of Central Registered Clubs.
Coaches are invited to attend for CPD or to assist with the running of sessions
On line entry only
Sign on at 7.15am Riders must be warmed up and briefed to be on the track at 8.00am prompt.
The session will be divided into 2 groups. 15 min segments.
Group A Beginners & improvers. Getting started & track accreditaion.skills
Group B Experienced riders with the ambition to gain selection for the Central Track Team for the Inter Regional Championships this year or in the next couple of years

About the Event
Info for Riders
There will be an area for each group to sit together in order that the coach can brief with having to shout. You will be expected to get yourselves organised and be on time.
Bring:
- Helmet & bike in good working order.
- Parental consent form. Attached or available on the day.
- Rollers or turbo for warm up
- Snacks and energy drinks
- Warm clothing for between segments
- Change of clothing to travel home
If you need to hire a Bike
This will incur an addition cost of £10. Pay at reception prior to the session.
Bike sizes available
Smallest 145cm - 159cm up to largest 194cm +
Hire bikes use LOOK KEO pedals only. You will NOT be able to change pedals systems.
You can bring own shoes but you can also hire shoes with Look Keo plates for £6.
