Info for Riders

This is the final round of the Scottish Cycling West MTB Dirt Crit Series 2016. 

There will be two sessions on race day.

Session 1 will comprise of 4 skills stations.  Each rider will earn points at the skills stations.

The XC race will be handicapped according to the scores obtained in the skills session.

The time and distance of any race may be altered at the discretion of the Chief Commissaire.

Skills stations will be as follows:

  1. Track Stand
  2. Wheel Lift
  1. Skinnies
  1. Slalom

Maximum points available – 15 points

The handicap for the XC race will be 4 seconds for every point.

Series points will be awarded to riders in each category after each race
