Team Tor 2000 Circuit Race Series 2015

Due to extended flying hours at Merryfield Airfield entry to the site is not possible before 18:45. Because of this the race on 7^th May has been cancelled as there will not be enough light to run the races safely. Due to time constraints all Youth C-E races for the whole series have to be cancelled. There is currently an on going discussion about Youth B and Women’s races.

All entries must be done in advance through British Cycling’s on line entry system (entry closes at 14:00 on the day of the event) – THERE WILL BE NO ENTRY AT THE EVENT. Please do not arrive earlier than 18:45 as waiting at the gate and queuing on the road is not permitted. 

All riders will be emailed prior to each event with notes on that evenings race – please make sure you check your emails on the Thursday afternoon before the event and make careful note of anything you have been sent.

All entries must be in advance - there will be NO ENTRY ON THE DAY. Entries close at 14:00 on the day of the event. Unfortunately due to the later access time there is NO RACING FOR ANYONE UNDER 14 this year Please do not arrive before 18:45 as you will not be allowed on site, do not wait in the village or at the gates if you are early. Drive through the village with care and respect for the local residents. Please note that respect must be given to all airfield users and the area surrounding the airfield. No dogs are allowed on site without direct permission from the OIC
