Development session majoring on skills for track accreditation.

BC Members only. 

Minibus transport from Twickenham can be arranged at extra cost.

Arrive 6.00pm  Sort out bike hire at reception on your arrival. 

Sign on, bike fit, briefings, warm up before
On the track at 7.00pm sharp.
Finish at - 9.00pm
HIRE BIKES AT NEWPORT
Hiring a bike the cost is £8.
Sort this out at reception on your arrival.
The track bikes have LOOK KEO CLEATS or TOE STRAPS only.
Bring Shoes with Look Keo cleats or trainers.
BRINGING YOUR OWN BIKE?

Tyres must be single compound.
Dual compound tyres can slip.
Bikes must be fixed wheel with no brakes.
EQUIPMENT
Helmet and gloves.
Bring your normal riding kit.

Cover your arms and legs - it is an indoor track but it will get cold - layer up.
Have additional clothing to put on between riding and coaching sessions.

Bring you own energy drinks and snacks for the session. There are changing and showering facilities at the Velodrome.
