Info for Riders

This MTB session is for riders who are currently racing either regionally or nationally who are aged 10-16. The session is part of a series of sessions that will run every month, these sessions have a heavy focus on skill development and aim to give the riders the skills to become better racers. These sessions also form part of the South West MTB inter-regional team selection process with attendance to at least 6 sessions required to be considered for selection. Please come to the session appropriately dressed with warm and waterproof clothing also bring plenty of water and food for lunch or money for the restaurant. Make sure your bike is in good working order and is fitted with flat pedals, NO CLIPS ALLOWED!! I will have some spare flat pedals with me.
