Info for Riders

This series of twilight races provides opportunities for those wishing to try racing & get some top coaching tips from local female coaches Kat & Kerry. At a similar time we'll be running be competitive 3/4W category races. Come & see what racing is all about on a friendly closed road circuit as the sun sets over a stunning Kent countryside. Timing: 6:30pm – Sign on desk opens in the café 7pm – Coaching starts 7:30pm – Race briefing & 3/4W race start 7:30pm – Go-Race start (just after the 3/4W start) 7:50-8pm – Go-Race finishes & riders leave the circuit promptly 8:15-8:30pm – 3/4W race finishes 8:30-9pm – Feedback to coaches on your race & get tips for next time. The circuit will be open to all competing riders to cool down. Coaching to include: Riding & racing in a bunch, cornering techniques – individually & in a group, coach led racing – opportunities to test tactics. Plus race day factsheet.
