Continue your coaching journey with learning relevant to your own environment and context with our Experiential Learning module.
What is involved?
Coaching and reflecting on your coaching practice across a period of time with a final submission of a portfolio of your experience. You’ll gain expertise and practical knowledge and develop a deeper understanding of coaching practice.
There are two routes available for the Experiential Learning module:
- Route 1 places the onus on the learner to submit their online portfolio, with optional self-directed engagement with the domain specific eLearning offer
- Route 2 offers three bespoke online development sessions with a Coach Developer, using modes of insight such as video and verbal feedback. This route enables the learner to gather additional evidence towards the CIMSPA Professional Standards

What can you do as a result of this course?
You will be awarded with the title of Coach (Route 1) or Endorsed Coach (Route 2), with the associated insurance and remit to operate Independently, delivery coaching in the discipline environment.
What will you learn on this module?
This module will enable you to:
- To make informed decisions to more effectively meet your coaching objectives
- To implement strategies to further engage and develop your own coaching practice
- To further question, reflect, experiment and be curious in your practice as a coach
You'll also have optional access to domain specific eLearning offer.
How will I be assessed?
Through the submission of portfolio of evidence, documenting your coaching practice across a period between 3 – 6 months.

What do I need to register?
- Be at least 16 years of age (restrictions apply to legal age of responsibility)
